By registering for the Regulate to Radiate Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies and terms.

Registration & Payment

Your retreat registration is confirmed once your signed retreat agreement and payment (or first installment payment) are received.

If enrolling through a payment plan, all remaining payments must be completed prior to the start of the retreat.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to advance planning and reservation commitments for lodging, meals, and retreat preparation:

• $350 of your payment is non-refundable for any cancellations.

• Additional refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation timeline outlined in the Retreat Agreement you will sign after purchase.

• No refunds will be issued after the final cancellation deadline.

The retreat may be modified or rescheduled in the event of circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.

If the retreat is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive the option for a credit towards any future offerings or a full refund of payments made.

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and travel insurance is recommended.

Participation & Personal Responsibility

This retreat includes experiences designed to support nervous system regulation, rest, reflection, and personal well-being.

By registering, you acknowledge that:

• Participation in retreat activities is voluntary.

• You are responsible for listening to and honoring your body’s needs.

• You agree to participate only in activities you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally able to engage in.

This retreat is not medical care, therapy, or treatment.

No Guarantees of Outcomes

While the retreat is designed to provide a supportive environment for personal growth and nervous system restoration, individual experiences and results will vary.

No guarantees are made regarding specific emotional, personal, financial, or professional outcomes.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal information will only be used for retreat communication and administration.

Participants are asked to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow attendees and any personal experiences shared during the retreat.

Media Release

By attending the retreat, you acknowledge that photos, videos, or audio recordings may be taken during the event for future promotional or educational use by Beelieve Wellness, LLC.

Agreement to Terms

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

• You understand these policies.

• You agree to sign the full Retreat Agreement prior to attending.

• You accept the terms outlined above.
