Meet Your Host

Alysia East “Aly”

Alysia is the founder of Beelieve Wellness and the guide behind this retreat experience.

After more than two decades as a nurse, she felt called to support women in a different way — not only during moments of crisis, also in the everyday stress, emotional overload, and burnout so many quietly carry.

That path led her into deeper work around nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and personal transformation.

Today, Alysia is a Board-Certified Nurse Coach and NeuroSomatic Practitioner, helping women move out of constant survival mode and reconnect with themselves in a more grounded, sustainable way.

Her work blends compassionate guidance with practical, body-based approaches that help women slow down, release tension, and experience a deeper sense of balance in their lives.

This retreat is an extension of that work — an intentional space where women can step away from the constant demands of life and reconnect with themselves in a supportive, restorative environment.

Alysia believes that when women are given space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves, they return home not only rested — more clear, centered, and empowered in how they move through life.
