Frequently Asked Questions
How is Coaching different from Counseling?
While both support well-being, counseling is often retrospective, led by an expert to explore past pain with a problem to be fixed, whereas coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process built on the belief that you are already whole and capable and together we use goal setting and action steps to create the change you desire. Many clients choose to do both as they find the difference in focus can complement each other.
Do I need to be diagnosed with anything to work with you?
Nope. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, instead I work with women who want to feel more grounded, clear, and confident in their everyday lives. If you feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected, you’re in the right place.
What if I can’t afford 1:1 coaching?
We offer flexible payment plans and free/low-cost resources like monthly workshops, downloadable tools, and a community membership space. You’re welcome here no matter where you start.
What can I expect from a holistic wellness coaching session?
During a coaching session, you can expect open and non-judgmental discussions. We listen actively, ask insightful questions, and collaborate with you to create action plans tailored to your unique needs and aspirations.
What if I’ve tried therapy and it didn’t work?
That’s a common story. What we do together is not therapy it’s body-based, forward-focused, and deeply collaborative. We work with your nervous system to create lasting change from the inside out. Many clients say this was the missing piece they never knew they needed.
Who can benefit from holistic wellness coaching?
Anyone seeking positive transformation and greater well-being can benefit from holistic wellness coaching. Whether you're dealing with specific challenges or simply want to live a more balanced and fulfilling life, our coaching services are for you.
What does “nervous system healing” actually mean?
It means learning to feel safe in your body again. We gently retrain your stress responses through breathwork, somatic tools, and emotional regulation so you stop reacting from survival and start responding from grounded peace.
How long does the coaching process usually take?
While the coaching process's duration varies depending on individual goals and needs. Some clients achieve significant progress within a few months, while others may prefer a longer coaching relationship for continuous growth and support. However, remember that healing in itself is not linear and is an ongoing journey.
How do I know if this is right for me?
Ask yourself:
Do I feel emotionally drained most days?
Do I overthink or over give in relationships?
Do I want to feel more confident and calm but don’t know how?
