You’re not broken, your body is simply trying to protect you.
The Grounding Practice Is A Free Live Monthly Workshop to Reconnect With Your Body, Calm Your Mind, and Remember What Safety Feels Like
Here’s Your Permission to Release What No Longer Serves You.
If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, exhausted, or like you can’t quite “turn off,” you’re not alone. You might be showing up for everyone else at work, at home, for your clients or family while quietly wondering, “Why do I feel so disconnected?”
Maybe you can’t rest, even when you try. Maybe you feel like you’re always “on.” Or maybe you’ve learned to stay strong, even when you’re running on empty. It makes sense. Your nervous system has been doing its best to keep you safe.
And now, it’s inviting you to slow down.

You’re sensitive or empathic and easily overstimulated by people or environments
You’ve tried mindset work but still find yourself reacting instead of responding
You crave calm that lasts, not just for a few deep breaths, but as a way of being
You want to reconnect with your body and feel safe in your own skin again

Whether you’re just starting to explore regulation or already building awareness, The Grounding Practice will meet you where you are gently, without pressure.
Hey, I’m Alysia
I used to think stress was just a part of life.
I spent years as a nurse, running on adrenaline and empty coffee cups. I was overgiving, overworking, and completely disconnected from my own body.
I thought exhaustion was normal, that it meant I was doing enough.
Then I learned how dysregulated my nervous system had become. I began to study breathwork, emotional regulation, and somatic healing.
Over time, I stopped managing stress and started healing from it. I began responding instead of reacting. I learned to set boundaries without guilt. I started trusting my body again.
Now, I help other women do the same through soft, sustainable nervous system healing.
The Grounding Practice is where that journey begins.
