Your body is doing its best to keep you safe, even when it feels like too much.
Right now, you might notice moments where you feel grounded and others where stress takes over before you can catch it.
You’re not doing anything wrong. Your body learned how to survive, and now it’s learning that it’s safe to soften. It’s okay to feel a mix of calm and chaos. Healing often begins in that in-between space.
Try this gentle reset
Pause right where you are.
Unclench your jaw. Soften your shoulders.
Notice one sound around you, then another.
Breathe in through your nose for four counts, hold for two, and exhale through your mouth for six.
You just taught your body what safety feels like in real time.
This is where true regulation begins, in these micro-moments of presence.
You’re aware, but your body is asking for deeper support.
You’re doing your best to manage stress and it shows.
You’ve learned to stay busy, keep showing up, and push through the overwhelm. Sometimes you feel calm, but it doesn’t always last. You’ve already taken the most important step by noticing what’s happening. From here, healing isn’t about adding more to your plate, it’s about learning how to do less, more deeply.
You already have the awareness now you get to nurture it inside a space designed for gentle growth and community support.
The Grounding Practice
The Grounding Practice
The Grounding Practice is a free live monthly workshop for high-achieving, and neurodivergent women who are ready to:
Feel grounded without checking out
Learn gentle tools like breathwork and EFT
Rebuild trust with their body
Experience calm that lasts longer than a deep breath

I used to think that feeling on edge was “normal.” I overworked, overgave, and called it resilience. Once I learned to regulate my nervous system, I finally discovered what calm truly feels like, not just in my mind, but in my body too.
Healing Experiences

She has guided me through techniques to release old feelings, mindsets and areas of “stuckness” in my life at a time when I really needed an objective point of view. As someone who has actively been working on healing various types of trauma for the last 20 years, I couldn’t be more pleased with the magnitude of healing I have experienced in working with Aly. I highly recommend working with her if given the opportunity

The breathing exercises have helped to change my overall wellbeing. When I feel overwhelmed or anxious I can stop, breath, and refocus... I gained a new tool in easing my anxiety...a new perspective on setting boundaries and that it’s okay to take time for myself.
